Whether you think you have an STI and need treatment, are unsure if you are pregnant, are concerned about how to handle an unplanned pregnancy, or have questions about your options, we are here for you.

If you think you might be pregnant, schedule an appointment for a FREE FDA-approved pregnancy test at AWA. If you have a positive test, we can work with you to schedule an ultrasound.
Why do I need an Ultrasound?
Getting an ultrasound can be an important step in evaluating your pregnancy options. It is vital for you to confirm your pregnancy before making any decisions. Our Ultrasounds are performed and reviewed by sonographer and medical director.
Pregnancy Tests are generally very reliable. Pregnancy tests detect human chorionic gonadotropin, which rises rapidly in early pregnancy. Having a pregnancy test performed at a medical facility ensures the most accurate results. However, pregnancy and viability cannot be confirmed until an ultrasound is performed and the results are verified.
We understand that every woman’s pregnancy is highly personal. It’s best to know all the information before making any decisions. Here’s what we offer:
Our ultrasounds are provided to clients at no cost. AWA is a non-profit pregnancy center that never financially gains from your decision. We are willing to discuss your options openly with no pressure.
Our pregnancy tests can determine pregnancy the first day after your first missed period. We recommend you make an appointment if you have missed a period, have any pregnancy related questions, or think you might be pregnant.
After completing paperwork, we will review your information and a pregnancy test will be administered. If you have a positive result, we will schedule an ultrasound for you.
All our services are provided free of charge.
All you need is photo ID. If receiving a pregnancy test or limited ultrasound you will need to drink plenty of water to ensure you have a full bladder.
Absolutely, you can bring your boyfriend, family member or friend. We will talk with you privately first. Then provided you have given us consent to have them in the room, your guest will be able to join you.
We adhere to a strict privacy and confidentiality policy. Clients will be protected from disclosure of information that violates their right to privacy except where required by law, required for public health reasons, required to avert a threat of harm to the client or a third person, or when other circumstances may reasonably warrant such use or disclosure without prior authorization (e.g., abuse reporting, suicide/homicide prevention, etc.)
