Our Mission
A Woman’s Answer (AWA) of Gainesville, FL is a faith-based, non-profit pregnancy center that provides alternatives to abortion and is committed to saving lives physically, spiritually, and emotionally. We want to engage, equip, and empower women to make healthy pregnancy decisions.

Our AWA Executive Director, staff members, and volunteers treat each person with kindness and compassion. We promise to provide each client with timely and accurate information about pregnancy, fetal development, lifestyle issues, and related concerns. We operate with absolute integrity and honesty in all our dealings. AWA is a non-profit pregnancy center, and all of our services are provided at no cost. We encourage women to recognize the wonderful gift of motherhood; assist men and women who are seeking wholeness of body, mind and spirit; and promote healthy relationships based on mutual respect and understanding. We specialize in pregnancy confirmation and providing support to those facing unexpected pregnancies.

Your trust is very important to us. When you visit AWA, we want you to know your information is being handled and safeguarded with the utmost care. We have a confidentiality policy that meets HIPAA regulations and adheres to all U.S. Government and State of Florida client confidentiality requirements. No matter what service is provided, your results and information are kept private unless you provide specific written permission to release it to anyone else.
